Our Magellan 2019 Strategic Planning Event is being held at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort, 2000 N Ocean Blvd, Fort Lauderdale FL 33305. Reservations 954-568-9431. We have a small room block available

There are a number of hotels that are a short uber/taxi ride away. Here is just a few. We do not have any room blocks at the below list. There are also numerous AirBnB’s available.
Arrival/Departure: Please arrive the night before (Wednesday 11.14.18) or early on Thursday 11.15.18 morning. Our Registration will begin Thursday 11.15.18 at 12:30pm Our program launches at 2:00pm sharp. We will conclude on Saturday 11.17.18 between 2:00pm-3:00pm. Please try and schedule your travel accordantly
Meals: Lunch is provided on Friday the 16th and Saturday the 17th. Breakfast and dinner are at your discretion. There will be beverages in the room throughout the program.
Dress: Comfortably, casual is OK. We tend to keep the room cool. A light jacket would be advisable.
Pre-Work: There are three important pre-event projects that you must complete before the event. First, please complete your 2018 Review & Benchmark and bring it with you. Second, watch the MYOS E-Learning at least once if not several times. This is critical for you to get the most out of modules 1&2. Lastly you will review the Magellan Code E-Learning (Depending on when you register, it may be readily available to you. We expect to release it no later than 9:30.18 you will be notified via email how to access the materials)
Workflow: When you register on Thursday 11.15 You will be provided both a workbook and USB drive contains the system PDF’s. The PDf’s are editable for you to work with them. If you are planning to use a notebook computer please email Marisa [email protected] so we can make sure we have enough power-strips in the room.
Time-lines & Breaks: We will take frequent breaks throughout the program. Our end times will be determined by the pace of the work.
