Arrival/Departure: Please arrive the night before (Wednesday 1.3.18) Our Registration will begin Thursday 1.4.18 at 7:15am. Our program launches at 8:00am sharp. We will conclude on Friday 1.5.18 between 4:00pm-5:00pm. Please try and schedule your travel accordantly.

Meals: Lunch is provided both days. Breakfast and dinner are at your discretion.

Dress: Comfortably, casual is OK. We tend to keep the room cool. A light jacket would be advisable.

Pre-Work: There are two important pre-event projects that you must complete before the event. First, please complete your 2017 Review & Benchmark and bring it with you. Second, watch the MYOS E-Learning at least once if not several times. This is critical for you to get the most out of modules 3&4. (Depending on when you register, it may be readily available to you. We expect to release it no later than 11.15.17 you will be notified via email how to access the materials).

Workflow: When you register the morning of Thursday Jan 4th. You will be provided both a workbook and USB drive contains the system PDF’s. The PDf’s are editable for you to work with them. If you are planning to use a notebook computer please email Marisa

Time-lines & Breaks: We will take frequent breaks throughout both days. Our end time on Thursday, will be determined by the pace of the work. We are expecting the window to be between 5:00pm -6:00pm.
