The event fees will NOT cover rooms. You will be responsible for paying for your room nights and incidentals.
We have arranged to have a rooming list sent to us from the hotel with check-in and check-out dates for your requested stay and the room type you requested.
Rooms: Check in on the 19th (4 pm) and Check out on the 22nd (11 am). We have three days pre-and post-available to our group at the going rates for rooms.
